Overview
VIP Express (VIPEX) is a United States-based all-in-one digital platform enabling customers worldwide to purchase and send products and services to families and friends in Sri Lanka. olexto designed and built the complete ecosystem — customer-facing e-commerce, back-office ERP, internal delivery management, and live API integrations with Dialog Axiata, Softlogic Holdings, LAUGFS Gas, Glomark Supermarket, eZ Cash, and Doc 990.
Challenge
VIPEX needed a single platform to serve an international customer base ordering groceries, gifts, and services for delivery in Sri Lanka — with real-time partner integration, multi-vendor coordination, and USA-based operational management.
Solution
We built a cloud-hosted CodeIgniter platform with complete ERP modules, internal delivery management, payment gateway integration, live RESTful API connections to major Sri Lankan service providers, and management dashboards — with ongoing feature development including a major 2024 release.
