Overview
olexto Digital Solutions (Pvt) Ltd designed, developed, and launched a cloud-based KPI Monitoring and Performance Analytics System for D. Samson Industries (Pvt) Ltd (DSI) — Sri Lanka's leading footwear manufacturer — delivered and commissioned in 2024. The platform provides a complete KPI calculation formula creator with organization-wide role-based access and Phase Two API integration connecting in-house systems and production machines.
Challenge
DSI management needed to move beyond manual spreadsheet-based KPI tracking to a centralized platform where departments could define, monitor, and report performance metrics — with real-time data from production systems.
Solution
We delivered a cloud-hosted Laravel platform with a configurable KPI formula engine, department and management dashboards, RESTful API integration with in-house DSI systems and production machines, and full user activity traceability for performance data changes.
